H2 Performance Consulting

H2 Performance Consulting, a Pensacola-based management consulting firm, received $10,604 to train nine employees. The company will augment the grant funding with $18,354 of its own monies. H2 is dedicated to equipping its employees with additional certifications that are required to secure Department of Defense contracts. Each trainee will receive certification in at least one of the following areas: ScrumMaster, Microsoft Project 2007, CompTIA Security+, Agile Essentials and Agile Project Management. H2 is in ongoing discussions with prime contractors in the U.S. Navy and Air Force and anticipates increased revenue as a direct result of the training and certifications.
