Quantic Engineering and Logistics Corporation

Quantic Engineering and Logistics Corporation will use its $12,018 grant, matched by an equal contribution, to host a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) certification course for its employees as well as for other companies. The Department of Defense increasingly requires RCM certification by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) for contractors developing maintenance systems or machinery for the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard. Quantic’s training partners include Jacobs Advanced System Group, L3 Communications, DMR Consulting, Inc. and Technical Systems Integration, Inc. (TSI). The participating companies are engineering support contractors for U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels and also support Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City. The course, which is typically offered only in Washington, D.C., will result in the certification of at least 14 employees in Panama City.
