North Eastern Aeronautical Company, Inc. (NEANY) has opened a new office in Niceville, Florida. The Northwest Florida office will be the hub for the company's business development and government relations operations.
 
A company spokesperson said Florida's robust business climate, as well as the proximity to Eglin and Tyndall Air Force bases, the Pensacola Naval Air Station, and numerous universities located throughout the Panhandle were reasons for NEANY’s Northwest Florida expansion.
 
Recently ranked third in the nation for 8(a) prime contractors by Washington Technology, minority-owned NEANY, Inc. provides time-sensitive tactical response solutions for battlefield and homeland security operations. Its capabilities include Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Unattended Ground Stations (UGS), ground-based sensor integration, prototype fabrication, and training, field deployment and logistics. The company supports numerous government and private-industry UAS efforts, including its flagship UAS, the Arrow.
