  • 1 of 8 communities eligible to receive Triumph Gulf Coast Grant Funds to support economic development projects.

  1. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)

  • The first U.S. International airport built since 1995, the airport currently occupies approximately 1,200 acres, of its 4,000-acre campus, with a 10,000 ft runway and pad ready sites.
  • Served by American, Delta, Southwest, and United Airlines
  • Ability to establish Foreign Trade Zone

  1. Port Panama City

  • Two terminals, with 6 berths totaling 4,200 ft of deep-water berthing with 36’ mean depth.
  • Intermodal Distribution Center with 2 pad ready sites totaling 82 acres, with rail access.
  • Foreign Trade Zone #65 established.

  1. Bay Line Railroad

  • A short line rail operated by Genesee & Wyoming, provides five-day-a-week freight service, connecting to both CSX and Norfolk Southern Terminals which provide service to Atlanta, the Midwest and Northeast U.S.

  1. Two Industrial Parks with sites certified by Quest and McCallum Sweeney

  • Provides peace of mind that the property is ready for development, through verified third-party due diligence.

  1. Bay-Walton Sector Plan

  • A 110,000-acre master-planned development anchored by the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, supporting industrial, commercial, retail, residential and amenity uses, all while dedicating 53,229 acres or 48% to conservation and preservation areas.

  1. Tyndall Air Force Base
