Escambia County

Home to Naval Air Station Pensacola, the Blue Angels, Port of Pensacola and America’s first European settlement, Escambia County has a large population of military retirees and educational and training institutions including the University of West Florida and Pensacola State College. The City of Pensacola offers new and expanding businesses a free, weekly one-stop development review meeting.

Navy Federal Credit Union, the world’s largest credit union, employs over 5,500 in Escambia County with plans to add an additional 5,000 positions by 2026.
