Originally sparked in 2021 by a grant from Triumph Gulf Coast, the economic development fund for coastal Northwest Florida, this research has evolved into a strategic "North Star" for the region. The
analysis provides a sophisticated blueprint that aligns real-time labor market data with workforce training, education programs, and economic policy.
